Why is it Hard to Pass the IELTS?

There are a number of people who are having a hard time hitting their target scores in the International English Language Testing System examination. Working professionals, students and other individuals take the test for three reasons: work, study, and immigration. Whatever purpose these individuals have, a target score is required by the institutions they are applying for.

The candidate should read the instructions carefully as it says how certain tasks are to be answered. Failure to do is an automatic incorrect answer. To address the problem with different accents, practice listening to conversations spoken in the mentioned dialects. Familiarity is the key.
• Speaking exam in the IELTS is different from others. Being in front of a native English speaker makes any candidate nervous. One of the problems in the speaking test is candidates experiencing difficulty in expressing their ideas in English. It has been noticed that some candidates take some time in thinking for their responses and cannot handle conversations pretty well.
• Grammar is a huge issue in writing and speaking. Construction of sentences and how effectively they are used in responses play a huge part in getting a good score. There is a need for candidates to review on rules and do practice tests in grammar.
